Every Indian city has two clocks.
One is on your phone. The other is the traffic light at Silk Board, the signal outside Andheri station, and the U-turn that takes eleven minutes. Hoppr was built for the people who refuse to live by the second clock.
We started with bikes because bikes are honest. They squeeze through, they park anywhere, and they get you there. Then we fixed everything around the bike that wasn't honest. The fare that changed at the gate. The helmet that was really a cap. The captain who wouldn't move but still cost you a fee.
So we lock the fare. We clean the helmet. We pay our captains every rupee they earn and pick up the phone when they need us. And we show you the time you won back, because it's yours.
Hop on. Skip the jam.
Four promises, no fine print.
If a promise has conditions, the conditions go in the headline. Here's what that looks like on the street.
Our promises don't come with asterisks.
Free cancel if your captain hasn't moved in 3 minutes. That's the rule, and it's in the headline.
Tips come after the ride, never before.
No “tip to find a captain faster”. Tip only after, if you want, and all of it goes to your captain.
Kicks last 180 days, not 7.
Kicks you earn on a Monday-morning hop are still yours six months later.
Surge is capped at 2× and shown before you book.
If a ₹48 hop surges, the most it can cost is ₹96, and you see the number before you tap Book.
