Do not pay. If you already did, report it immediately from your trip receipt screen. Under Fare Lock, we refund the difference to your Kicks instantly, or to your UPI in minutes.

Never cancel at a captain's request. Tell us from the trip screen instead. You will not be charged a fee, and our system flags the route to dispatch the next nearest captain.

Hop Points are designated safe pickup locations at metro stations, tech parks, and major street intersections with landmark photos, making it effortless for your captain to spot you.

Yes! Enter their pickup location and send them the live Tag Along tracking link so they can follow the captain's ETA and trip details in real time.

Tap Tag Along on the ride screen and send the link to anyone. They see your captain, plate and live route until you're dropped, with no app needed.

Not the petrol Hop. Mumbai allows electric bike taxis only, so bikes there are Spark (EV). Auto and Cab run in Mumbai too.

The fare you see before booking is final. Even if traffic is worse than estimated or the captain takes an alternative route, your fare will never increase. The only extra is waiting time after 3 free minutes (₹1 a minute), shown live in the app.

Cancelling is always free for 2 minutes after a captain is assigned, and free anytime if your captain stalls. Otherwise a 10% fee (min ₹5, max ₹100) applies and goes 100% to the captain for their time and fuel. Hop Pass members never pay cancellation fees.

1 Kick equals ₹1. You earn 10% back in Kicks on every ride, and Hop Pass members get an extra 10% on Hop and Spark rides (up to 15 Kicks a ride). Kicks last 180 days and can be applied towards any ride.

Yes. Invoices with input tax credit are automatically emailed after every ride and can be downloaded from your account dashboard or Hoppr for Business portal.

Every Hop and Spark captain carries an ISI-marked (IS 4151) pillion helmet and provides a fresh, disposable hygiene cap in a sealed kraft sachet before every ride.

Sliding the SOS button immediately alerts our 24×7 safety response team, shares your live location with your trusted contacts, and our safety team calls you.

HerHop allows women riders to choose verified women captains on Hop and Spark between 6 AM and 11 PM for added peace of mind.

Route Watch monitors your ride's GPS track. If the bike stops for more than 2 minutes in an unexpected location or deviates significantly, the app prompts you to confirm you are safe.

A thin, breathable cap you wear under the pillion helmet. Your captain hands you a fresh one in a sealed paper sachet before every Hop and Spark ride, and it's yours to keep or bin.

No. Captains keep 100% of every ride fare. Instead of a 20-30% cut, captains pay a modest daily Day Pass fee (₹19 for bikes, ₹29 for autos, ₹59 for cabs).

Captains have the absolute right to refuse any ride if a passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or demands unsafe riding speeds, with zero penalty to their rating or tier.

No. In accordance with Maharashtra transportation regulations, bike taxis in Mumbai are strictly 100% electric (Spark tier). Petrol bikes are permitted in Bengaluru.
