When demand beats supply, fares can rise, up to 2× the base fare and never more. That's the national cap, and we show the multiplier before you book. Off-peak, fares can drop by up to half.

Free for 2 minutes after your captain is assigned. Free anytime if your captain stalls. Otherwise 10% of the fare (min ₹5, max ₹100), and it goes to your captain for their time. Hop Pass members never pay cancellation fees.
₹29 flat in Bengaluru, ₹35 in Mumbai, for any Hop or Spark ride of 2.5 km or less that starts or ends at a metro station.
